Welcome to the official website for Project NOAH!
Project NOAH (New Orleans Area Hope) is a disaster relief and emergency home repair outreach ministry sponsored by First United Methodist Church of Slidell, Louisiana and supported generously by Northshore Disaster Recovery Inc., the United Methodist Committee on Relief, and the Southeast Louisiana Disaster Recovery. Project NOAH was originally founded by First UMC Baton Rouge in 2006 and is modeled after Appalachia Service Project (ASP).
Check out our promotional brochure and share it with anyone you think would be interested in joining us this summer! Our organized and energetic staff will make sure that all of the details are arranged for your visit. Your trip will include lodging, food, building supplies, worship, devotionals, and fun! We will help students connect the physical work that they are doing with the unconditional love and grace from God.
